Lake Tahoe is beautiful and Sand Harbor is an iconic spot on its eastern shore. It was a joy to capture all the different blues in this painting – from the light blue of the serene sky lined with old contrails to the unique greenish blue hues you find in high altitude alpine lakes. Thanks to @sammy.inthe.sierra for letting me use her photo as a reference. I hope you enjoy the results!
