Not too long ago, I was lucky enough to live for a year with my family on the beach in Costa Rica. We all have such wonderful memories of that experience. I love to paint scenes like this because I get transported back there in a much deeper way. It’s fun to remember how warm the sun was or how the sand felt between my toes.
