My mom was a painter and my dad was a meteorologist. I think that's why I love to paint skies so much. This beauty was captured on Grindstone Lake in northern Minnesota. The day had been hot, humid and hazy, but by this time the air had cooled down nicely and the sky put on quite a show. I hope you enjoy my latest painting!
