I have a huge well of painting ideas that I dip into now and then. Sometimes, they are just concepts or sketches that aren't really well formed yet. Other times, like this, they are compositions based on photos I've collected from past travels. I love this epic view of the Pacific Ocean with this ranch road winding down to it. I had an itch to see it as a painting, so I scratched it. I hope you enjoy the results!
