Approaching Storm
I love to paint storms. I grew up in the midwest state of South Dakota and I have strong memories of watching storms just like this roll towards us across the grassy plains. My mother was an artist and my father was a research meteorologist. My dad would marvel at a storm for the mechanics at play while my mom would see the sheer visual beauty of it all. Somehow, I think I got a little piece of both of them. Hope you enjoy!
