This was a surprise gift to wilderness runner Alex Falconer (@alexfalconrt) from his sister, Alli. This summer, Alex has been running across the 110 mile width of the beautiful Boundary Waters Canoe Area in far northern Minnesota. It sounds like a truly amazing way to experience this wild expanse of lakes, rivers and dense forest.
For this special print, 50% of all proceeds will go to benefit the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters. This organization is dedicated to creating a national movement to protect the clean water, clean air and forest landscape of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and its watershed from toxic pollution caused by mining copper, nickel and other metals from sulfide-bearing ore.
